WHY IS IT CALLED TAPTAPGO?
Life is pretty complicated as it is, and the last thing you need is yet another complicated system to manage and maintain. We designed our software to be seamlessly integrated with Ontraport and everything can be done in only a few taps. All you need to do is tap, tap and you're ready to GO.
WHY DID WE BUILD THIS?
We built TAPTAPGO because we wanted a way to make following up with customers more versatile.
In today's hyper-personalised, multi-channel world it's important to have multiple touch-points and styles of communication with people wherever they are. Ontraport is already a world leader in this space, but at the time of writing it is currently limited to traditional Email, SMS and Postcards.
We wanted phone calls and video to be a part of the journey our customers have with us and with TAPTAPGO we hope to make this a reality for you as well. We also wanted manual follow-up work to be as seamless as possible for sales teams so they can spend more time engaging and less time clicking.
We love Ontraport and designed our system to be fully integrated with minimal 'extra bloating'. We followed a "Ontraport First" design philosophy which means that it uses your existing Ontraport account for everything unless Ontraport doesn't have a specific feature (such as making a phone call or recording a video). SMS messages, Emails and other communication is handled directly by your Ontraport account and as such, all details of such events fit in seamlessly with the Automation Log, Contact Log and other built-in features. Every time you send a video, a note with a link to that video is stored securely against the contact record.
* THE FINER THINGS IN LIFE
TAPTAPGO is currently in closed Beta. The full suite enables all features listed here, but we are yet to set access levels and pricing. Some features may only be available at certain subscription tiers in future. All features are unlocked and made available as they are developed during the Beta period, so if you're curious, sign up below and we'll keep you in the loop.
TAPTAPGO is a front-end interface that connects third-party tools to your Ontraport account. This means that you may incur additional usage charges for these third-party platforms and these charges are not included in your subscription to TAPTAPGO. We provide the interface for you and we handle the flow of data between these third-party accounts and your Ontraport account. All usage charges related to any third-party accounts are handled by you as part of your relationship with these entities.
You may need to install our free Google Chrome extension or special bookmarklets if you want to have one-click access to some TAPTAPGO features.
Additional configuration is required in your Ontraport account before TAPTAPGO will work for you. During the onboarding process we will assist with setting up the required fields, tags, campaigns, sequences and/or rules required. Once it's done, it's "set and forget" and you can enjoy all your TAPTAPGO features, get down to business and start saving time during your relationship management processes.
